Why 90 days? Great question, it takes 90 days to form a habit. Just as Rome wasn't built in a day the same is the case in creating a healthy lifestyle. We know that there is an interception where our past experiences or family practices collide with our daily routine and before you know it you've formed a new habit that sets the tone for life. It could be checking your phone before your feet touch the ground. It could be digesting coffee or soda every day before taking in water. For some, it's taking care of everyone else before you give any care to yourself. This 90 Day Pledge is designed to press pause, grant yourself some grace and mercy, and reset.
